Therefore, it’s not possible to change the order of the stages, but you can organize your daytime visits as you wish.
We will of course give you recommendations (you will find them in your roadbook), but you can really do as you wish depending on your interests!
In the tours, we often include at least 1 “must-do” activity. As we book it in advance, it’s the only thing that needs to be done at a fixed dates and times.
For logistical reasons, it’s therefore not possible to make changes to the stages of the itineraries and activities included.

Budget, Premium and Luxury packages each correspond to a category of accommodation: 2-3, 3-4 or 4-5 stars.
For each stage of your itinerary, we have pre-selected the best hotels by price category.
After your reservation, we will therefore take care of booking all your accommodations for the duration of your tour.
You will be informed of the name and address of each hotel when we will send you all your travel documents.
For the most popular destinations, hotels in the requested category may no longer be available.
The best way to avoid this is of course to book your tour as early as possible!
In case some of the accommodations in the category you have chosen are full, we will offer you the following choices:

If we are unable to provide you with the tour package as booked, we will give you a full refund.

Included visits, activities and excursions are handled by local agencies located in the destination country. They are specialized in organizing day trips and activities.
The meeting point, as well as the provider’s contact details are indicated on your reservation voucher.
Some of the entrance tickets and vouchers can be presented on your smartphone. Others need to be exchanged for a real ticket beforehand.
Don’t worry, everything is clearly indicated on your vouchers!
Phima Voyages is not responsible for any delays or issues related to your visits, activities or excursions handled by a third party service provider.
You must ensure that you are on time for the departure of your activity. No refund will be made in case you’re late or you can’t attend the activity.
You can’t add extra activities when you book your package.
However, we will send you by email, along with your reservation vouchers and your detailed roadbook, a list of all the activities available for self-booking.
Self-booking activities are activities that are not included in your self guided tour but that you can easily integrate into your itinerary.
We have selected for you the best activities of the destination, offered by local agencies recognized for their seriousness and their respect of the safety standards.
To book them, it’s very simple: simply click on the links provided to learn more about the activities and book them in one click.
The driver must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
The driver must have a credit card in his or her name that must be presented at the rental counter.
Please note that the card must have “credit” written on the front side. Debit cards are not accepted. If in doubt, please contact your bank.
The card must have sufficient funds available to cover the deductible/security deposit (which will be blocked on the card for the duration of the rental).
For some destinations, you must have an international driving license in addition to your national license.
Phima Voyages declines all responsibility if you are unable to collect your rental car for any reason from your side.
In most cases, your rental car will come with basic CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance.
In the event of an accident or problem with your car, the maximum amount you will have to pay is equal to the amount of the security deposit that was blocked on your credit card at the time of pickup.
When you pick up your car, the staff on site will offer you additional insurance to protect the deductible or the security deposit.
It is up to you to decide whether or not you wish to take out insurance.
